can a Debt Settlement company be sued.?

i want to know if i can sue my debt settlement company because i have been sending them money every month to try to settle what i owe to the credit card companies and they have only settled 3 out of 11 accounts and its been close to three years. nothing seems to be getting done. i receive phone calls every day from debt collectors.

You most likely should call the district attorney’s office. It sounds like you might be a victim of a fraudulent company.
