
Does my realtor sound decent?
I live in Minneapolis MN and was looking for a home to buy in the twin cities.
My budjet is 130k-170k and I mensioned to him that it is REALLY important. Chances are in the area I would need to find a good deal or foreclosure.
HE SAYS: foreclosures generally don’t turn out well, and most of the homes he has e-mailed me are around 160-200
Is he a good agent?
There are problems with foreclosers and they take MONTHS to close.
W/o knowing your market I can’t say that his price range is good or bad. However, banks do not bargain, their list price is their price, period.
He may have a hard time finding your price range in the area you want to purchase.
